• Placing Orders

When placing an order, please send an e-mail to our address shop@sunandfish.net , including the name and quantity of the product, your address, name, phone number, and for those wishing delivery to their place of work, the company name.
Be sure to input the phrase "Product Order" in the subject block. Depending on the product, the color or size will also be required.



• Shipping fees and delivery

Shipping will be 500 yen within Japan (EXPACK)Oversea delivery is use EMS.
The carriage that hangs to sending out is a customer's share.
The tariff of the country that receives it might be added by ordinance. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fees.
Products will be sent from the post office.
* When all of the products of one order cannot fit in one EXPACK envelope, they will be separated and sent.
As reference an EXPACK envelope can contain up to 2 T-shirts or 5 CDs.
In such cases the additional EXPACK fee will also be charged.

• Payment

Bank Transfer (Pre-payment)
As soon as the transfer is confirmed, the product will be sent.
Transfers will be made to the Bank of Okinawa. After orders are confirmed, the bank account information will be e-mailed.
•When making the bank transfer, be sure to include the "order number" in front of your "name".
•Bank transfer fees should be the responsibility of the customer.
•Please make the payment within 1 week after the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
